Where each termination component goes
Every structured cabling outlet is the same short chain, and each link in it has to be the same category as the cable. The permanent link runs from a patch panel port in the rack, through the wall or ceiling, to an information outlet mounted in a faceplate at the desk.
RJ45 connectors are the plug end, used on patch cords and on direct-terminated equipment leads. Information outlets, sometimes called keystone jacks or I/O modules, are the socket end that sits in the faceplate.

T568A or T568B — pick one and stay with it
Both wiring standards work identically. What causes problems is mixing them within a single installation, which produces crossover links that behave unpredictably as equipment changes.
T568B is the more common convention in commercial installations in India. Whichever you choose, mark it on the patch panel and in your documentation so the next person to touch the network follows it too.
Choosing patch panel port counts
Patch panels come in 12, 24 and 48 port configurations. A 24-port panel occupies 1U; a 48-port panel occupies 1U or 2U depending on the design.
Order panel capacity to match your outlet count plus growth, not exactly your outlet count. Filling every port on day one leaves nowhere to go, and adding a second panel later means re-dressing cable that is already tied in.
Leave a horizontal cable manager between each panel and its switch. Without one, patch cords bend past their radius and later changes disturb live links.

Punch-down and toolless terminations
Punch-down jacks use an IDC contact seated with a punch-down tool, and give a consistent, well-proven termination when the tool is used correctly. Toolless jacks close the contacts with a cap and are faster on site, which matters on high-outlet-count jobs.
For either type, the details that decide whether the link certifies are the same: keep the pair untwist under 13 mm, do not exceed the cable's bend radius, and strip only as much jacket as the termination needs.
